Who we are
Pamma Labs is run by Brandon Pamma, a sole trader. For anything about your data, email pammalabs.uk@gmail.com.
If you contact us through this website
When you request a call back, we get your name, phone number, business name and anything you write. We use it only to ring you back and talk about our service. That's our legitimate interest in replying to you. We keep it for up to 12 months, or less if you ask us to delete it. We never sell it or pass it to anyone else for their marketing.
If you ask for a free Missed Call Check
We use your name, business name and the number your customers ring to build your demo receptionist, to ring that number up to 5 times in the week you asked (which you agree to when you request the check), and to send you your report. If you don't go ahead, we delete it all within 30 days.
If you try the live demo
The demo uses what you type to show you how a receptionist would answer as your business. Bookings and payments in the demo are pretend.
If you're a client
When we answer calls and messages for your business, your customers' details belong to you. We handle them on your behalf under a written data processing agreement, and we use them only to send you call summaries and run the service.
To do that we use these providers, who process data for us under their own data protection terms:
- ElevenLabs, for the voice and the conversation
- Twilio, for phone numbers and text messages
- Make.com, for sending summaries by text and email
- Google, for email
Some of these are based in the United States. Where data leaves the UK, it's covered by the UK-US data bridge or the provider's standard transfer agreements.
If you ring one of our clients
You'll be told at the start of the call that you're speaking to a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded. The business you rang decides how your details are used, so contact them first. We can delete a recording when they ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email pammalabs.uk@gmail.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
